Minimum 1 year of International voice experience (Customer service (Billing), basic technical & Sales) Preferred
Ø In Billing (Understanding of recurring bills, Billing cycle Change, Due date, Prorated charges, Auto-Pay & Surcharges, Service charges and taxes)
Ø Clarity in thought process (Able to articulate his/ her thought)
Ø Ability to handle tough situation with customer.
Ø Excellent communication skills.
Ø Customer handling skills.
Ø Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
Ø Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 Days a week).
Ø Customer Centric & Logical Thinking & Need to be Enough Spontaneous
Ø Ensure Timely & Professional Responses to all Queries,
Ø Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A.
Ø Interest in learning new technologies.
Ø Experience promoting and/or selling products and services.

Ø Resolving device issues using troubleshooting techniques and providing clear and concise information.
Ø Reviewing account information and answering questions about billing or services.
