We are seeking Customer Care Executive to join our Maruti Suzuki dealership as Customer Care Executive. You will play a vital role by satisfying customer according to their need.
Age: 18 35 years
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, resolve problems and ensure customers satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiry via phone, email or chat,
Follow ups with customer,
Supervise vehicle delivery,
Maintain customer records,
Doing PMS, RR & Free Service calls.
Qualification:
Graduation in any Stream / HS Passed
Experience: 0- 2 years (Fresher also can apply)
Requirements:
Good Communication skill, Must have a proactive, polite and patient behavior, Must be comfortable in travelling.
