Job Description

**Telesales Executive:** Responsible for making outbound calls to promote products/services, achieve sales targets, and handle customer inquiries efficiently. Requires basic English knowledge and fluency in Hindi.

**Customer Care Executive:** Handles inbound and outbound calls, resolves customer queries/complaints, and ensures customer satisfaction. Must have basic English knowledge and fluency in Hindi.

**Both Roles:** Require strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude. Freshers are welcome.
