Job Description

This position is open exclusively to female candidates who possess excellent communication skills.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both chat and voice processes. Your primary duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. You will also be required to pitch company services to clients and effectively communicate the value proposition.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via chat and voice channels.

2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.

3, Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance or information.

4. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote company services.

5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers.

6. Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

7. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or escalate issues as needed.

8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

9. Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics and sales goals.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. Freshers also can apply.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

5. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or sales is a plus.
