Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at Fuaark Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via email and WhatsApp channels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Handling Customer Queries over Whatsapp and emails

Ownership of Customer Issues and Resolving Them on a Priority

Take full ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven experience in a customer service role.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using email and messaging platforms for customer communication.
