Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
2. Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
3. Resolving customer complaints, service issues, and queries.
4. Providing detailed information to customers
5. Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customers
6. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients
7. Offering exceptional customer service and taking feedback

Clear communication skills, product and service expertise, the ability to use positive language, persuasive speaking skills, and effective listening.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience

2. High Internet Connection with Speed more than 50mbps
3. Proper Electricity with backup like inverter or generator. Power backup is must.
