Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our products and services, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive image of the company and building lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.

Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and order status.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Issue Resolution:

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Document customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product and service information.

Educate customers on new products, services, and promotions.

Provide troubleshooting assistance for products and services.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Prepare reports on customer interactions and activities.

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
