Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.

Issue Resolution:

Customer Relationship Management:

Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Prepare reports on customer interactions and activities.
