Role Description
The candidate will be posted as a Process Associate and will be responsible for dealing with the customer BPO/Customer service sector in one of our client companies. Our client is a global healthcare provider based in US with their BPO Centre located in Kolkata, India. The candidate will be handling medical billing queries from the customers of the company.
Job Title: Process Associate
Process: Inbound Voice Process (US Healthcare Brand)
Gross Salary: Rs to Rs (Based on Experience)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5-Days a week)
*Fixed Weekend Off (Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls related to US medical billing inquiries.
Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders in the US.
NOTE: No sales pressure or targets to be reached
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Should be comfortable working in night shifts.
Freshers and experienced candidates from any fields are welcome.
