We are currently hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our team as International Voice and Non-Voice Process Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and issues through both voice and non-voice channels. This position offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates as well as undergraduates to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling customer queries and issues via voice and non-voice channels.

2. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns effectively.

3. Achieving performance targets and metrics set by the organisation .

4. Ensuring customer satisfaction

through effective problem-solving.

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

2. Freshers/ Graduates And Undergraduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
