*JOB OVERVIEW*

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO voice process team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing excellent customer service efficiently.

*RESPONSIBILITES:*

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers as required.

Develop a thorough understanding of the products/services offered by the company.

Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, and any updates.

Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Comply with company policies and guidelines.

Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other team members.

Use clear and concise language to convey information.

Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.

Ensure high-quality standards in customer interactions.

Willing to work in rotational shifts for UK & US campaigns.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

Proven experience in a customer service or BPO voice process role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Basic computer skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
