We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, offering solutions and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
- **Record Keeping:** Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and relay customer feedback to management for the purpose of improving products and services.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not required.
