Job Description:
Adroit Synergies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone call.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and feedback.
- Identify and escalate issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest enhancements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass.
- Proficiency in Punjabi and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus but not required.
Salary:- 13kctc to 24ctc (Depend on interview skills & Knowledge)
Shift Timings:
- Boys: 3 PM to 12 AM (2k Night Allowance)
- Girls: 7 AM to 4 PM
