Job Overview: As a Call Center Executive, you will be essential in providing top-notch service. From your home office, you will engage in telemarketing, handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls, and deliver exceptional customer support. Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead telemarketing initiatives, including lead generation, appointment scheduling, surveys, and verification.

2. Handle inbound and outbound calls for both B2B and B2C clients.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.

2. Strong command of English with excellent communication abilities.

3. Age limit of 40 years or younger.

4. Demonstrated success in telemarketing and customer support roles.

5. Must have a personal laptop and a reliable broadband connection for effective remote work.
