Requirement

6 days with rotational off

Operational Hours - 9 AM to 7:30 PM

Shift Hours - 9 hour and 8 hours production

- Stability

- Should not fumble while speaking in English or Hindi

- Who can patiently listen to the Customer

- Who have convincing skill

- We are seeking energetic, passionate and enthusiastic people for the Ticketing department. Suitable candidates should have the expertise to perform ticket issuance, re issuance, cancellation, refunds, customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues with exceptional customer service skills.

- They don’t need any language people, only English/Hindi would do. If candidate knows any other language that would be additional benefit. But not required as such at the moment.
