Designation:- Customer Care Executive/
Required Work Experience:
*Any Graduate Candidate with min 6 months to 2 years of work exp. in Customer Service are eligible for this opening
*Basic Technical knowledge is an added advantage.
Requirements:
Knowledge in Travel Customer care transactions/Ticketing Payment & Cancelation
1+ years of Travel experience. Must be detail oriented.
As a customer experience executive, you will be responsible for
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, issues, and requests and maintain a strict SLA for replies
Deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution
Be able to work across multiple channels to communicate with customers and handle queries via chats.
Must have:- Excellent Spoken & Written English.
Skill set Required :-
*Strong customer service skills.
*Good communication skills (Written & spoken).
*Knowledge of resolving queries by Remote support.
*Good listening & probing skills.
*Good convincing skills. Shifts:- For female- General Shifts 9:30am 6:30pm
For male- (24*7 Rotational)
Compensation: Commensurate to skills & experience; comparable to the best in the industry.
