We are known for our exceptional gemstone bead products, and we are now looking to expand our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and provide updates on order status.
Assist clients with any questions, concerns, or issues they may have.
Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Maintain accurate client information and update records in Excel or Google Sheets.
Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely responses and client satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Computer literacy, especially in Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle client requests in a professional and timely manner.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates from Jaipur or nearby areas.
