2. Process- Voice Process

3. Debt collection skills and experience

4. Analytical skills

5. Customer service skills

6 Communication skills In Both Languages Hindi and English

7. Excellent negotiation skills

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

9. Experience in collections and/or customer service is preferred.
