Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Youll provide solutions to their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

* Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

* Resolving customer query quickly and efficiently.

* Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

English and Hindi preferred.

Shift Time & Week Off :

For Male - 24x7 rotational shifts (any 9 hours) & rotational week off.

Female - 6 AM - 8 PM rotational shift (any 9 hours) & rotational week off.
