Job Description

• Eager to learn product, process knowledge and improve language skills, making the effort, flexible and open for new tasks.

• Completes tasks independently, in good quality and within the given timeframe, complying with deadlines.

• Responding to customer requests and contacting customers by e-mail and/or phone based on language skills about card and customer account maintenance, advising about company campaigns, answering general company and its products-related questions, taking complaints and cash claims, issue registration and resolution in SNOW.

• Ability to improve language skills by 1 level based on Common European Framework Reference (CEFR) in 6 to 12 month.

• Intermediate level of required language skills, written and spoken (B1-B2).

• Ability to learn quickly, task and system understanding.

• Ability to switch between different tasks rapidly.

• Computer literate.

• Relevant Experience – 0+ years

• Education - Secondary school graduate or higher education student/graduate, intermediate level of a specific set of languages.

• 4 language resource requirements. 1 each for Polish, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish

Additional Details:

• Shift Time: 24 *7.

• Associate should be flexible for split week offs.
