Job Overview: As a Call Center Executive, you play a pivotal role in delivering impeccable service. From the comfort of your home, engage in telemarketing, oversee a diverse range of inbound and outbound calls, and provide stellar customer support. Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead telemarketing activities encompassing lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.

2. Manage inbound and outbound calls catering to both B2B and B2C clients.

4. Independently strive to exceed predefined performance targets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center environment.

2. Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills.

3. Age limit below 40 years.

4. Proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.

5. Essential: Own a laptop and possess a broadband connection for seamless remote work.
