Job Description

*SERVICE CALL LOG IN SOFTWARE.

*INFORM TO SERVICE MANAGER.

*REPORT REQUEST BY DELIVERY TEAM FOR PMS.

*SERVICE CALL TRACKING.

*SERVICE CALL TRACKING UPDATE IN GOOGLE SHEET.

*CUSTOMER FEEDBACK CALL.

*Redirecting Phone Calls.

*Distributing Correspondence.

*Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

*Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
