We are looking for a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. It is an entry-level role suitable for freshers.

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Basic knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
Familiarity with social media platforms
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients and candidates
Provide information and assistance regarding recruitment processes, job opportunities, and candidate profiles
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and address client and candidate needs
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and company services
Provide support to other departments as needed
