Position Overview:
As an Associate - Customer Experience, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will work closely with our operations team to address concerns, manage inquiries, and maintain a high level of service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the relevant teams to improve processes and service offerings.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing effective solutions.
