Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.

Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

Negotiate suitable payment plans.

Ability and willingness to deliver in high pressure environment.

Candidate able to handle window based application: MS Office, Excel, power point.

Excellent negotiating skills.

Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.

Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.

Willing to complete daily or monthly targets.
