A prestigious restaurant requires an experienced Head Curry Chef.
You will be working as part of an already well-established team and will be required to undertake duties consistent with this appointment. You may from time to time be called on to perform other tasks to meet the needs of the business including menu development, wastage control and implementation of HACCP documentation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Menu research and development in both curry and tandoori dishes.
Improve the current menu and enhance presentation standards.
Control food wastage.
Work alongside the kitchen team to ensure all food hygiene documentation and product labelling are followed and implemented.
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
