Making sure learners attend the session, recieves the schedule, and enjoy learning with PADAIE

Monitoring the performance of the learners and facilitators on a daily basis

Collates data and update parents on the week-to-week / monthly progress status of the learners through messages and calls.

Maintaining a good relationship with all learners and parents, solve all their problems, able to provide solutions for different cases. Provide the best support and get maximum satisfaction from users.

Planning instructor's daily session plan according to the set SOP

Hosting and recording all assigned batches zoom sessions
