Job Description: Curriculum Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing curriculum materials that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of our students. Your expertise in subject matter, instructional design, research and analysis, assessment and evaluation, technological proficiency, and creativity and innovation will be instrumental in shaping an engaging and effective curriculum.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize your subject matter expertise to develop comprehensive and up-to-date curriculum materials for assigned subjects or grade levels.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster student engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to incorporate current educational trends, best practices, and emerging concepts into the curriculum.
• Design and implement effective assessment and evaluation strategies to measure student progress and inform curriculum improvements.
• Leverage your technological proficiency to integrate appropriate educational technologies and digital resources into the curriculum, enhancing teaching and learning experiences.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing curriculum materials, activities, and assessments that inspire critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Master's degree in Mathematics /Physics/Chemistry/Geography/History.
• Candidate with multiple subject knowledge is preferred.
• Strong subject matter expertise in the relevant subject area(s).
• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Excellent research and analysis skills to stay updated with educational trends and best practices.
