Design and develop training programs

Delivery of training programs across locations

Gather feedback from trainers and trainees

Establish a feedback process to evaluate understandings

Track and report on training outcomes

Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.

Develop innovative ways to disseminate curriculum

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Postgraduate in Education/ Curriculum and Instruction

5-7 years of teaching/training experience including 2 years of curriculum development/Instructional design

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of curriculum, instruction and effective techniques of learning

Strong research, critical thinking and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and collaborate across various functions

Proficient in English, Kannada and Tamil
