To disinfect and wash receive unsterile instruments & Surgical sets

To assist CSSD Technician for packaging/ Labeling of instruments / surgical sets for sterilization.

To assist the CSSD Technician for operating the autoclave machine for sterilization

To assist the CSSD Technician for loading and unloading of the sterile items.

To issue all sterile items to end users.

Maintain record of all the items received and issued.

Maintenance of equipments and instruments

To keep inventory Checks and report CSSD Technician

To maintain cleanliness in the department

Requests instruments and repairs to insure routine instrument trays are maintained at all times
