About the Role:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to reach target audiences for CSR-funded courses.

Collaborate with community organizations, NGOs, and government agencies to identify and connect with potential participants.

Manage a team of Mobilisers or volunteers responsible for outreach and enrollment activities.

Conduct Seminars and workshops to raise awareness about the courses.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community.

Track and analyze program data to measure the effectiveness of mobilization efforts.

Prepare reports on program performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all CSR program guidelines and regulations
