We are hiring a CRM Manager for our PropTech firm based in Noida, to look after Post Sales CRM Operations, to maintain Buyers MIS and look after their concerns. Candidate should have hands-on knowledge of CRM softwares.
Customer Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with other managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those.
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Superior industry knowledge.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
