Customer Relationship Manager
Portal Management and Data management
You will be responsible for providing both chat and voice support to our clients, five days a week. As part of this role, you will be given access to the CRM dashboards of our client companies, including broker firms like Angel One, Upstox, and HDFC Sky, where you will handle and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, aligning with our clients' operational requirements. This position requires a commitment to professional and prompt service, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving for our clients’ brokerage services.
Responsibility
Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, phone, and social media channels.
Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
Respecting client confidentiality at all times.
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelors degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as salesforce sales cloud, may be required.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous.
