Job Description
Will create a database of all customers from the past based on past history
Will take all mobile and landline calls and Whatsapp messages and enter all sales inquiries with customer information in a CRM sheet
Will call customers and inform them about each stage from order received to order fulfilled
Will follow-up on email and phone with customers to check on payment receipts
Order fulfillments:
Any orders received via a website , e commerce platforms
Coordinate with the packaging unit for correct packing and label to be on every package. Coordinating with the shipping aggregator for the packages to be picked up on time
Coordinating with the shipping partners on timely delivery of the products.
Processing all stages of online order fulfilment.
Skills / Expertise Required
Must be polite and speak Hindi and write decent English
Must be able to draft emails to customers about their order status
Must show up to office 6 days a week (Mon - Sat)
Must know how to work with Google Mail, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Calendar
Must be self-organised
Must be willing to learn ticketing helpdesk software such as Freshdesk
Good at coordinating among different stakeholders with patience and politeness
Profile
Must be open to travel to Gurgaon or lives in Gurgaon near Udyog Vihar phase 5.
Some BA/MA from Delhi University
