Roles and Responsibilities:

Generations of leads, creating opportunities & Quotations

Sending quotations to customers based on inquiries & following up on the same.

Addressing technical queries

Conversion of quotes to orders

Maintaining Customer database

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales and mass mailing

Requirement :

Qualification: Minimum BSc in Chemistry - Must

Basic knowledge about HPLC, GC, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, solvent, and Solute is required

Should be good in written & verbal communication skills
