We are seeking a highly motivated and organized CRM Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system and supporting our marketing and sales teams in delivering effective campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and marketing automation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Develop and implement CRM strategies and initiatives to support our marketing and sales teams in achieving their goals.
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted email campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead management processes and track lead-to-sale conversion rates.
Conduct market research and customer segmentation to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Provide training and support to users of the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 years of experience in CRM or marketing automation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation software, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of data protection regulations.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
