JD:
1. To successfully manage customer relations by being a liaison between the company and the customer. Handling all type of customer grievances. Attending customer calls/ massages/ mails & replying them.
2. She will be responsible to manage the data of customers over the multiple platforms like customized software, tally or at different Google drives.
3. Will be responsible to lead the team of CREs. Leading a team & guiding them in day to day activities. Verifying the works which is done by CRM team.
4. She has to look after outstanding of the debtors and has to make sure all payments come on time as per the terms decided with client.
5. She will be responsible to track the various details like dispatch of goods of a respective customer as per deadline, KYC tracking, Invoice of goods, LR copy of transport for customer and agent both, etc.
6. She has to look after all on time promotions of products through what’s app, through call and through text.
7. Coordinating with the Management. All goods should be delivered after approval of management which has to be done on time.
8. Develop and monitor customer care strategies & formulate policies to solve customer issues on immediate basis.
9. To come up with ideas and solution to make the department more effective and productive on a day-to-day level.
