- Coordination with Banks for APF,loan sanction and disbursement process

- Handling customer process from welcome letter to hand over of flat

- Taking care of documentation like allotment letters, demand letters, Builder NOC etc.

- Achieving collection targets set every month.

- Snagging Process/Possession Process.

- Team player who is able to coordinate with other departments for completion of their tasks!
