Responsibilities :
• Welcome Call / Email and Service Calls.
• Collection and Outstanding Follow Ups.
• Follow up for Registration.
• Completion of booking formalities post closure
• Experience of CRM
• Handle client queries and ensure timely reply.
• Cancellation and Refund Process
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Issuing Demand Letter, Receipt, Builder NOC, Reminder, Interest Letter.
• Checking of documents post booking.
• Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan.
• Preparing Reports
Skills:
• Worked with ERP systems (Knowledge of FARVISION ERP is an advantage)
• Past experience of real estate industry knowing the entire flow of sales.
• Knowledge of GST.
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Good Communication skills via Email / Telephone
• Should have stability and not change jobs frequently.
