The candidates should preferably belong to the Resorts Industry, with relevant expertise of 4-5 years (years of exp. is negotiable for good candidate)

The BDM should be able to do Sales Rates analyses for both the resorts, in correlation with the budget of Finance and Accounts, Losses to be recovered (Aas per Sheet from MIS) and the Purchase Department (Tangible Items New Purchases or R&M) as usual.

The business Development comprises Big Budget Bookings but not limited to this.

B2B or B2C Customer Deals will also be supervised after and BDMs would be coordinating with Tele-sales officers on the same.

BDMs will be overall incharge of the Modus Operandi and will be responsible for Bottom Lines.

Their reporting will be directly to me.

Travelling is of course the part of their KRAs for business closures PAN India.
