As a Customer Relationship Manager you will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
Job Description:
Maintaining relationships & to coordinate with existing and new clients.
Generating reports for Upper level managers.
Maintaining a database of customers for follow up.
Taking customer complaints to upper management when necessary.
Helps in developing new products, services and promotions based on customer preferences.
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them.
Suggesting new methods to address customers needs.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and make appropriate adjustments necessary for meeting client needs.
