Develop detailed project proposals for clients, including the setup and operation of mobile factories. Ensure proposals meet client specifications and timelines, while aligning with company objectives.
Identify and onboard new organizations, targeting 15 new vendor registrations per month. Engage with these vendors to initiate enquiries and build long-term business associations.
Generate at least 10 high-value project enquiries (worth over Cr) monthly through strategic meetings and follow-ups. Ensure 2 projects are closed per month, along with securing work/purchase orders. Initiate inquiries and promptly hand them over to the sales team for further processing if it is for a smaller value deals.
Manage a weekly and monthly calendar for client interactions. Organize daily meetings with clients to discuss project updates, requirements, and future opportunities. Share the daily to-do list in advance by the prior evening and the weekly to-do list by Friday of the preceding week.
Coordinate the mobile factory setup, ensuring timely assembly and smooth operations at client sites. Oversee the disassembly and relocation when needed, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
Track the progress of all projects, ensuring that key milestones are achieved and performance metrics are met. Provide weekly performance and progress reports to senior management and clients.
Identify potential risks during project execution and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Ensure quick response to client concerns and maintain service quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide training and ongoing support to clients regarding the use of mobile factories and RCC products. Ensure that all customer queries are resolved quickly, and technical support .
