Customer Data Management:
Maintain accurate customer data in Excel, including plot numbers, names, contact details, etc.
Maintenance of Documents:
Organize and maintain legal documents, agreements, and other records.
Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place for easy retrieval.
Legal Agreements Preparation:
Prepare legal agreements, contracts, and other documents as required.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Customer Query Resolution
Resolving customer queries and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate having at least 1 year of experience in handling CRM in real estate will be preferred
Must have MS -Excel and MS -Word knowledge.
