Position: CRM Executive

Location: Kundalahalli Bangalore

Experience Required: 2-4yrs exp in customer relation or relevant exp in Real Estate/Construction/Developer/Builder.

Educational Qualification: Any graduate

Responsibilities:

Assist the organization in planning, developing and implementing the systems, policies and procedures for enhancing the customer satisfaction.

Help the organization in achieving the financial target of collections.

Attending customer complaints / getting customer feedback.

Monitoring and controlling of documentation and registration process.
