Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Management:
Oversee the company's CRM software and databases.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data records.
Customize CRM system features to meet the needs of various departments.
Customer Data Analysis:
Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Performance Tracking:
Track and report on key CRM metrics, including customer retention rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
Use data insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
Provide CRM-related training and support to team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM management or a related role.
Proficiency in CRM software and tools (., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
