Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive

Department: CRM Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to join our team. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system to enhance customer relationships, drive sales, and improve overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM software, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and user support.

Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.

Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor CRM campaigns, including email marketing, customer segmentation, and loyalty programs.

Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on CRM performance metrics, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

Customer Interaction: Address customer queries and issues related to the CRM system, providing solutions and enhancements as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.

System Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices, recommending system upgrades and improvements.

Training: Train and support staff on CRM system usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a CRM role or similar position. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software and related tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
