Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer/client databases with accurate information.

Operate and manage CRM software to track customer/ client interactions and data.

Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for improving customer experience.

Plan and execute CRM campaigns, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and promotions.

Segment customer/ client base for targeted marketing efforts.

Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies.

Recommend and implement improvements to CRM processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in the field of CRM

Proficiency in CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
