Plan and execute CRM campaigns, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and promotions.
Segment customer/ client base for targeted marketing efforts.
Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies.
Recommend and implement improvements to CRM processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in the field of CRM
Proficiency in CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
