Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Planning

Identify potential customers and markets to expand sales opportunities.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Sales Execution

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups with clients.

4. Performance Tracking

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using CRM tools.

5. Market and Product Knowledge

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Provide feedback to the team on market demands and potential improvements for products or services.

6. Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Participate in team meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions.
