JOB DESCRIPTION : CREWING EXECUTIVE
1. Crew Recruitment: Sourcing and interviewing potential seafarers to fill vacant positions on vessels, assessing their qualifications and experience to match required crew roles.
2. Documentation verification: Checking and maintaining the validity of crew certificates, licenses, medical fitness, and other necessary documentation.
3. Crew deployment: Coordinating with crew and update them regarding the available vacancies from time to time, crew changes, assigning seafarers to specific vessels based on their skills and experience, and managing crew rotations.
4. Visa and travel arrangements: Processing visa applications, booking flights, and arranging transportation for crew members joining or leaving vessels.
5. Compliance with regulations: Ensuring adherence to maritime labour laws, flag state requirements, and STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) standards.
6. Crew welfare: Addressing crew concerns, facilitating communication with seafarers on board, and coordinating shore leave arrangements.
