Reporting to Restaurant Manager
Job Summary :
Ensures that restaurant standards are met by providing Guests with prompt service, quality
food and beverages within a friendly, welcoming and clean restaurant environment.
Once you are here, you will ensure :
Guest Service/Quality Food and Beverages • Welcomes and connects with Guests. • Determines Guest needs and suggests appropriate product, offering demonstrations
and samples. • Remains focused on Guest satisfaction and thank every Guest. • Regularly asks Guests for feedback • Prepares food and beverages to standard.
• Follows food, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all our products. • Builds and maintains relationships with regular guests
Restaurant Operations • Follows policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Follows standards for merchandising and storing of all products, maintaining
professional presentation at all times, demonstrating clear communication in all Guest
and employee interactions • Focuses effort on what matters; adapts to shifting priorities
Cash Handling, Stock Control and Add - On Sa les :
• Follows cash handling procedures and till point policies. • Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines. • Contributes to store goals for increasing sales/add - on sales
Working with the Team: • Building strong working relationships with team and Store Manager • Demonstrating support for team/store decisions and seeking to understand the
rationale behind decisions • Effectively communicating timely and important information to Store Manager and
team • Actively seek and act on feedback
• Learn from past experiences and use them to improve in the future • Monitors progress toward completion of individual goals; tracks progress with
manager
