Role: MANAGER

Experience: 5 – 10 years

Qualification: BE+MBA / CA

Job Location: Delhi

Preferred Industries: Banks / NBFC / Rating Agencies, dealing with Power ., Renewable, Thermal / Infrastructure ., Road, Ports, Highways etc. / Power Projects Consulting etc.

Candidate should have hands on experience/expertise on any of the following function:

• Credit Appraisal (Power/Infra)

• Project Monitoring (Power/Infra)

• Risk Management (Power/Infra)

• Debt Syndication

JOB ROLE:

• Develop a string of monitoring mechanism for asset managed by the Co.

• Monitor progress of projects on ground as well as financially.

• Interaction/liaison with borrower and various FIs/Banks.

• Restructuring of stressed assets of the Co.

• Ensure statutory and other compliances.

• Due diligence of debt proposals from entity, technical and financial perspective, financial modeling sensitivity analysis.

• Optimum project cost and Implementation schedule.

• Risk analysis & mitigation, Coordination with Risk team for obtaining risk report for proposals.

• Act as nodal point of the Co. with the borrower and Co-lenders till fist disbursement including monitor the project progress, attend consortium meetings.

• Coordination with Legal for finalization and execution of loan agreement.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of power sector/other infra sector.

• Understanding of critical financial issues in appraisal/due diligence/structuring of a product.

• Knowledge of finance viz, analysis of balance sheets, P&L accounts, cash flows, financial ratios, working capital, discounting techniques - IRR, NPVs, financial modeling.

•Knowledge in regulatory aspects and working experience in other sustainable infra sector like sewage/ water treatment, electric mobility etc. would be added advantage.
